Refund policy

Every Microdosed Designs set is handmade to order. Because press-on nails are a personal hygiene item, we can't accept returns or offer refunds on sets that have been opened, tried on, or worn.

Damaged or wrong order? If your set arrives damaged, or you received the wrong design, shape, size or length, we'll send a free replacement. Email microdoseddesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Sizing: Please double-check your size before ordering. Not sure? Message us and we'll help you find the right fit.

Cancellations: Email us within 24 hours of ordering. After that, your set is likely already in production.
